Househunting in Geneva

I hadn't really come up with anything "blog worthy" until I read the notes from my house hunting experience during the last couple of days....I beg you to please guess what my priorities are based on this posting.

Day 1:
1) Great layout, 4 bedrooms, bathrooms OK, zero closet space. Great kitchen. Need armoires. 2 bathrooms only. Rocks in common area, stairs (hard for strollers). Art store/courses right next door. Big park, close to late. 15 min. walk to school.

2) Not as good set up but 4 bedrooms, smaller bedrooms, nice bathrooms, newer (3 1/2), weird washer/dryer, weird set up but huge dining room/living room. Much more storage. Common areas seem a bit easier to get around. Weird parking/storage/laundry room in basement. Pretty good kitchen although not as comfortable. Pediatrician next door. Park next door.

3) NO

4) Gym, beauty salon. Great kitchen + baths but living room/dining room uncomfortable. 4 bedrooms, OK closet space.

5) NO (beauty salon)

6) NEW!!!!

7) NO (Great kitchen, super old fashioned baths, small rooms)

8) $10,000 swiss francs

9) Too small :( but beautiful

10) OLD LADY!!!!
