Happy Easter!

This is the first Easter we ever spend in Peru.  There was so much activity going on this weekend I'm pretty exhausted, especially trying to move at the same time!  But the kids had a blast.  First of all we had the whole family down here on Jose's side - his brother and their whole family as well as Jose's Dad.  We couldn't fit all those people in the beach house so we had to rent a beach house just for the weekend.  We drove down on Wednesday night after work since Thursday and Friday were holidays down here (no work!).  Thursday started with family tennis between all the cousins and Friday started the same way followed by volleyball and football.

It was also Jose's brother's birthday on Friday and Jose's sister birthday on Saturday.

Saturday was jam packed with activities.  First the running of the bulls (where hubby got poked on his side by a bull with a pretty mean streak, but I hurt him even more after the whole thing was over!), then a parade around the whole beach club with the kids, then lunch which lasted what seems like forever and which was very nicely complemented with some sangria I made (thanks to Mara's recipe!) and then there was a party afterward but we lasted until about 9:30 pm only.  Once the fireworks were over that was it for us.

This morning we left pretty early so we could have lunch with the family one last time before Jose's brother's family leaves back for Chicago.  Then we tried to organize a bit of the house (it's always so overwhelming, you feel like you have so much stuff to put away and neither the time, energy, or space to tuck it all into!).  Next weekend we'll skip the beach so we can get ready for my mom's arrival on Sunday.  Hopefully the place will look a lot better by then!  And we're also pretty excited about going to the Killers on Thursday.  Last of my "bucket list" concerts.  I cannot wait, I've been listening to their music on repeat for the last month and I'm so excited.

Unquestionably believe that which you stated. Your favourite
justification seemed to be on the internet the easiest
factor to remember of. I say to you, I certainly get irked even as
people consider concerns that they just do not
understand about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and outlined out the entire thing with no need side-effects , folks could
take a signal. Will probably be again to get more. Thank you
